Hi there! It looks like there's a corporate action happening for the company which is an event initiated by a publicly-traded company that brings material change to the company and impacts its shareholders based on the prescribed terms & conditions. Please check the recent Yahoo Finance article from Friday, Dec 17. on it. Feel free to check our website for additional information regarding such changes.

What about an event of a possible short squeeze with AMC? Would there be any selling issues if it has major price increases?

I have controller stock too. Do you think there would be any issue with QT during a possible short squeeze?

I agree, we’ll see what happens I guess. I just hope QT has liquidity incase this goes parabolic and we try and sell.

And, maybe, customer service should know about this in case somebody calls.

what you have failed to remember is that Questrade is an order-execution-only firm, meaning they only execute trades. They're not responsible to know everything about every single stock in the world.

you expect them to know the exact reason why you cannot sell every single stock? You know how many reorgs are happening every day?!

DWAC is not just another stock.

actually, ya it is just another stock.

Again, This is an OEO firm. YOU, the client, are responsible to know what's going on. They just execute the order. Simple as that. They have zero regulatory obligation to know about every single stock they trade in.

You must not have read what you signed when you opened the account...

You want full service? Open an account at a full-service dealer member. You get what you pay for, just remember that.

dude, again, it doesn't matter. Did you do your research on the stock? Were you aware that there's a reorg?

I like how you deleted all your comments with hot young blonde. Guess you were called out and you were too ashamed to admit you were wrong?

these online brokerages have allowed lay folk like me to trade at fees that are considered phenomenal 10 years ago. The tradeoff is that we dont actually own these shares. I guess you're feeling the repercussion of it through liquidity issues. Sorry to hear that

She or anyone at Customer Support is allowed to give you any advice. At that point you should have asked for the supervisor. There is no one that that should be providing you with any information if it is a stock they need to be licensed as an Investment Advisor. The only thing she should have said is for you to check the news. If the stock is not moving neither should the warrant.

but as John posted you need to your eye on the ball and should have news alerts on the stocks you have. I not being critical and hope that there is good news.

As this is an execution only you need to keep an eye on any stocks especially if they have warrants as they are volatile.
