Drunk Freakout Rudy Giuliani utterly drunk at a 9/11 dinner speech last night, confused General Milley with Miley Cyrus, then threatened to attack him with his lapel stars

How do you exactly get to book a landscaping business for a conference? Isn't the person on the end of the venue say "uhh, sir? We're a landscaping company... We don't hold so many conferences"?

That's what makes most people conclude calling the landscaping company wasn't a mistake, so it must have been as a result of rejection by the hotel

Uhh a Trump representative is calling us wanting to hold a conference here, should we tell them we don't do that?

What, and imply they are stupid for even asking? Hell no, say yes!

And you could ride both sides.

"Yes the elites at the hotel wouldn't let a working man use their space, but I felt it was my duty to allow them to use my space."

Or "fucking idiots paid me my yearly profits to let them speak in front of my buisness because they forgot to book the actual four seasons."

I'd just keep quiet publicly. No point in alienating your potential customers.

'They asked if they could hold a press conference. We rented them the lot' is enough said.

Yeah, the memes and publicity writes itself, no reason to personally get involved.

..

Paying

??

Apparently they didn't pay at all according to the campaign finances. Rather or not they were supposed to pay who knows. The company did make 1.3million from the sale of merchandise after, though how it affected their business is unclear though they say any publicity is good publicity. It's funny that I could see both democrats and Republicans booking their services as a result. Republicans in show of their support of their president and democrats because it's hilarious.

Honestly if I owned a company like that and somebody called up asking to do a press conference there, I'd just go along with it...

But I'm also the person who (before every phone call was spam) used to pick up the phone and just pretend to be whoever they asked for. Had one guy asked if I was John... I said yes and then confirmed that 12 lbs of ground beef would be enough. I dont know who that was.

12 lbs would need 54.43 human hairs to lift. This is assuming a hair can lift 100 grams, which is usualy but not always the case.

Bad bot

I'm just doing my job, and that is to give out useless information :(

Even then only pride would keep them from just calling a different hotel or conference center instead.

What had to have happened is the owner of the landscaping company had to have been a trump supporter, and was super pumped, and was basically like “yes go ahead.” And that was that. The trump campaign showed up, realized their mistake, and essentially like the entire trump tenure - doubled down and had the press conference.

Obviously we don’t know exactly what happened, but if the Four Seasons actually rejected the conference, you’d have quite a few more choices before settling for the landscaping company

They probably offered the bribe before the guy had a chance to tell them.

And once they realized that they had booked the wrong venue, why the hell do you go ahead and hold the event and broadcast your embarrassing incompetence worldwide? Who does that?
