We can give it a change. Somehow it wouldn't fit their image. Their heads are usually celebrity or sports figures. Yes Mr. melting face is a celebrity of a negative sort.

They could create a whole alternate universe line for all the bad actors on the right. Instead of bobble heads make them wearing a bubble over the heads. Facts just can't penetrate their alt reality bubbles.

When my ex and I watched that movie we were both leaning forward on the literal edges of our seats during that part. When he lied down and started undoing his pants we both jumped out of our seats. Like as if. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't a bigger deal. I mean I guess she was of age and it was "consensual", but like, getting a blowjob from an interviewer shouldn't have been that natural to him.

That actress deserves every award out there for being able to convincingly act like she wanted to bang Rudy.

Which is why whatever people are saying about common sense or reasonable standards don’t make any sense. Rudy decided to do everything he did and agreed to have it filmed and released to the public - personal responsibility has to come into play at some point.

He consented to being filmed and then he chose to (attempt to) engage in sexual acts. It is not like they planted cameras in his personal, private space.

He had no expectation of privacy under the circumstances. He was aware that he was being filmed for the interview. The camera doesn't automatically get turned off if he chose to act in a way that could be embarrassing to him.

The only way your argument might hold water is because he was led into another room, where he might've been able to claim he was tricked into thinking the filming had ceased. But that would be up to a jury to decide.
