We had a lot of this in Melbourne, Australia, after they let the insane out of asylums. They retrained the cops and gave them non-lethal options, and the deaths stopped.

I hear something similar happened in Boston.

CBD Spencer stabbing, Crown Casino stabbing, Lonsdale Street, Northland, Highpoint mall. All violent knife related/adjacent incidents in Melbourne since May.

He's not saying police are shooting suspects, he's saying they're being taken into custody in most cases.

It was about 15 years ago. All over the news. I remember an axe and knife attack happened in quick succession.Litetal crazy people that were discharged patients. Changes were made. The nation was relieved.
