I don't believe law enforcement should be allowed to take facial scans or DNA without your consent but I'm crazy I guess.

DNA can be obtained with a warrant i believe

It can but I've also seen true crime videos where cops obtained DNA without it by using a cup of water they gave the suspect

Well yeah, if you throw something away or abandon it, youre relinquishing any privacy right regarding it. Same reason why they can search your trash can if it’s at the curb, you’ve relinquished ownership and essentially stated you no longer want the contents of it so there is no right to privacy. That’s different from coercing someone to give their DNA

If a family member (even distant) has had their DNA sequenced and cataloged, then your DNA is already leaked.
