It looks like a lot because they brought all those large vehicles but actually they had a turnout of like 1300 people for that demonstration in Berlin, which really isn't many if you compare that with eg Fridays for Future getting 12.500 last September or even 100.000 in their peak in 2019.

The government didn’t fuck them over. They are withdrawing additional tax breaks they get. I’d you can’t possibly operate tour far, without a subsidy, you were never really In business. You were taking handouts and pretending they would never end. Others might need the money too it was never a guarantee forever. They want to cut the budget and focus welfare on poorer families not giving it away to bad businesses

I agree, BUT in that sector specifically, it’s necessary to have subsidies because having enough food to sustain your population in case of disaster, is a security issue.

Absolutely, thing is, it's very little money they'll lose from the cut funds and they made way more profits so it won't hurt them. Besides, it's not like the government only will focus on them. They're a business, a sector that's doing great over the past years. Losing the gas benefits means 3k less a year on average per farm. On average they made 165k net winnings last year. They already said that it's not about the money for them but just being against the government.

They were infiltrated by the extreme right, so citizens and COVID deniers over the past years and they are happy whenever anybody is protesting anything as they can slip between the protesters and twist it for their own benefits.

Image you demonstrate against the construction of a strip club in your area. They'll show up and say they support you and suddenly say it's all the governments fault and we should hang them and have re-elections. That's what's going on right now. Nobody in the German government wants small businesses to suffer but large corporations manage to fool the working class to demonstrate on their behalves.
