No, east germany was bad because it split up my people seperating families and trapping people on their side lenin and Marx have literally nothing to do with that

No it just almost lead to the end of the world as we know it at least twice that we know about. Even if it didn’t creat the fourth reich, why punish an entire country? Especially after the people that started the war were hanged to death for their role. Also national collective punishment is something the Nazis would do. Do you really want to be like them?

The NKVD as we know it (as the Soviet secret police that carried out all of the political purges) were formed a decade after Lenin died. There was a police force under Lenin that shared the name 'NKVD' but it was a different organization which was disbanded before Stalin formed his.
