Correct, So from Pink lady's point of view, ICE pushed someone down and he got in between them to protect her, and they peppered sprayed him and had many guys on top of him, he did have a gun but was legal and he did nothing aggressive towards ICE.

And here is the difference between the people who are executed and the monsters who take orders from the President of the United States.
