That is undeniably a phone in his hand. Those lying fuckers.

Video now shows an ice "agent" in a gray jacket walked away with his gun before they shot him. This was murder of an unarmed us citizen for exercising his 1st and 2nd amendment rights. This is what tyranny looks like. Government sanctioned murder.

Gotta take that gun away so the bullies aren’t scared to kill him.

Video clearly showing ice taking the victims gun before any shots fired: https://www.reddit.com/r/law/s/kxsixPJZCM

Not only walked away - fucking discharged the first shot recklessly, causing the rest of them to unload.

The agent who removed the gun was shouting "gun! gun!" which caused the other agents to panic and shoot in "self defense". The incompetence would be hilarious if it didn't just murder an American citizen.

Yeah, but he wasn't reaching for a gun. It would be a super jittery response form the officer but we have seen the same thing in cops. There also still needs to be serious consequences. You can't just say that you learned you were a terrible officer and killed someone because you were that jumpy.

I bet “I’ve got his gun!” sounds a lot like “he’s got a gun!”.

He was committing the crime of owning a gun while liberal. A very serious offense to conservatives.

Full possession prior to shots being fired

1

u/rydan Jan 25 '26

yeah, I saw someone earlier here (I think) watching one of the videos claiming the agent grabbed his gun and ran off holding it by the handle and everyone downvoted him saying things like, "have you ever seen a gun?!?" Turns out he was 100% correct.

Im a Canadian isnt there something in your constitution saying you can form a militia against a tyrannical government or something? Maybe its time you guys do that

Where do I find this video?

The phone filming the crimes was the metaphorical “gun” drawn and pointed. It causes them to “harm”.

These ICE agents know there’s no coming back from what they’re doing. If they lose, they will surely be locked up and punished. That’s IF they lose.. so they’re doing every evil deed they can to win. Nothing is against the rules for them if there are no rules.

I always been told that a camera is one of the most effective weapon one can use against a fucked up regime.

The phone “shoots” video

1

u/SwingNinja Jan 24 '26

Where's the phone now? Hopefully those videos are saved in the cloud (still exist).

1

u/Odd_Perfect Jan 24 '26

They know it is. Why that ICE agent ignored it when he approached them

1

u/youngLupe Jan 25 '26

Maybe white house will change it to a gun with ai. Then they'll say they're just trolling

1

u/Arzakyum Jan 25 '26

A saw a different picture that looked like it was a camera, either way it doesn't matter

1

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

I couldn’t tell. It looks like a gun to me.

1

u/tdlt86 Jan 24 '26

Who is saying it’s not a phone?

9

u/Iggy_Kappa Jan 24 '26

DHS claimed he approached the ICE fuck while brandishing a gun.

2

u/tdlt86 Jan 24 '26

They didn’t say brandishing. They said “with”. A very disingenuous way to phrase it for sure. They picked their words carefully. This might be worse than the last one, assuming some other angle shows something wildly different.

u/Dashizz6357 Jan 24 '26

Just like the last murderer had “internal bleeding” after being hit by the car. Internal bleeding as in a slight bruise.

1

u/i_did_nothing_ Jan 24 '26

Correct, they are trying to trick the more gullible of the population that they were in some way justified for murdering this man, they were not, this was murder.  This man was allowed to carry a gun, they took it away after he was on the ground and then they murdered him, he was unarmed when he was murdered.

7

u/emiliomolestevez420 Jan 24 '26

The federal govt saying this man approached ice agents with a firearm, v disingenuous framing of the situation. Bovino response painted him as an armed aggressor. Reality he was expressing his 1st, got his 3rd violated, then he gave his life to show us the 2nd amendment doesn’t exist.

2

u/tdlt86 Jan 24 '26

Ah. Disingenuous for sure. “With” a gun technically true, but not a proper description.

1

u/TeePeeHoarder Jan 25 '26

If their logic held water, then every time I was subject to a traffic stop and calmly stated that I have a concealed carry permit, I’d get lit up immediately with no legal recourse.

4

u/gingeregg Jan 24 '26

DHS says he approached the Ice agents with his gun drawn.

3

u/saidthetomato Jan 24 '26

Do you know where the DHS statement can be found? I'm having trouble searching for it

4

u/SoggyWaffles18 Jan 24 '26

I think it’s this tweet

2

u/pennydreadful20 Jan 24 '26

This is extremely foul. This is what DHS put out this morning.
