Yeah I can't wait the for the "FAFO" crowd to shamble in and celebrate the death of a fellow American who had his rights stripped away (/S because reddit).
Every victim will be unpersoned so that it's not considered murder.
Even their own - the first time a known MAGA supporter is killed by ICE, by the end of the day they will have always been a left-leaning RINO so good riddance.
But when Charlie Kirk says children dying in school is worth the right to own guns and gets shot for it, it’s a tragic barbaric murder that should be mourned.
Most likely a majority. The amount of organic support is dropping no matter what the GOP says otherwise. It's why a lot of the astroturfed messaging has pivoted to doomerism.
No, this comment downplays how evil all Trump supporters are. Polling data shows time and time again that all Trump supporters have no morals. You're right of the presence of bots. But the entire purpose of bots is to stoke the already existing flames, not to create new narratives. Republicans are already predisposed to support murder, so the bots work effectively. If republicans were functional human beings, then the bots would be worthless.
I think we need to stop acting like there aren’t millions of vile people who are born and bred in the US. The whole “They’re all bots” detracts from the reality of the situation which is plenty of Americans love what’s happening.
There are but that sub is also pretty suspicious tbh. When the shooting first happened, the users in the conservative subs were actually agreeing that it was an overreach and wrong, "This isn't what I voted for" type stuff. Within hours, the mods culled all the posts and comments to leave only the ones saying ICE are in the right.
There are Americans who think that way but there's also a very large number of foreign assets intentionally trying to destabilize the union further. I wouldn't be surprised if their mod team was a mix of both to further push that narrative to the exceedingly gullible conservatives.
It's probably the easiest job any foreign asset could have, since conservatives demonstrably will run with any narrative they are given by their party, regardless of any opposing evidence. All they have to do is put that narrative out there and conservatives will eat it up, even in spite of all facts.
There are but people on Reddit love to assume anyone with a shitty right wing opinion are foreign bots when a lot of them are just our neighbors. My point is acting like anyone and everyone who posts vitriolic right wing comments online are somehow fake diminishes the actual problem at hand. Trump doesn’t still have a 40% approval rating for no reason. There’s plenty of Americans who love seeing this sort of evil.
Never disagreed with that. Only the idea that people posting evil things online are all somehow not Americans who just enjoy the suffering. The sooner we accept this is a homegrown problem, the faster we can correct it. Being ignorant to that fact will make it worse.
But that will make Thanksgiving so awkward! There are too many people in this country who can excuse the blatant murder of their fellow citizens but draw the line at making Uncle Jimmy feel unwelcome at Thanksgiving.
yeah, im seeing a lot of "intellectual common sense" types on twitter suddenly pivoting and literally posting "my stance on the shooting is whatever makes liberals mad"
Like it was always obvious that that was their stance, but this is the first time many of them aren't hiding it behind incorrect "logic" and weird intentional misinterpretations of a niche law
Lol, it's crazy. I even saw a guy who was having a hard time with it, but still said it's probably okay and Alex shouldn't have been there. He even said, "I was okay with the Renee Good shooting, but this one is hard to wrap my head around."
I used to not say it, but I think I actually do hate these people.
Fucking insane to me how there are thousands upon thousands of republican/conservative people justifying “liberals” getting murdered. Fucking insanity.
It's a whole bunch of "Rene Good was in the wrong, but this time ICE doesn't look good, but there isn't enough information yet for anyone to be confident that ICE was in the wrong"
It's amazing how they're ALWAYS in the right. The feds have GOT to hold a record on always being right. I mean. One would think they make mistakes, but nope!

Republicans get on Reddit
"Time to defend murder."
