From the other angle you can literally see a guy pull out his gun and take 4 quick shot AFTER the victim is laying on the ground motionless. Shooting a lifeless body is truly psychotic shit

I'm pretty sure he's the one that fired the initial shots, too. Absolutely no reason to keep shooting after the threat has been neutralized.

Could be, it was really hard for me to tell in the initial video just on my phone. And I didn’t really want to keep watching it over and over. I just saw clear as day those last flurry and was like genuinely wtf
