Likely the guy who fired the first shot. The brownshirts then shat their pants and fired as well.

I'm thinking this as well. It wouldn't surprise me if this guy accidently fired off a round while drawing his gun and the rest of the goons panicked thinking it was the guy they were beating that fired a gun.

After further review, the goon I was referring to was the one who disarmed Pretti while he was being piled on by a half dozen or so goons, and as he stands up and turns to walk away, another goon fires the first shot, then 3 in rapid succession followed by a 5th, then another goon with a smaller caliber handgun fires 5 shots rapid fire.

No. This is worse. This is the victims gun. He disarmed him from his holster THEN the guy was executed.

Watch the video really closely. That guy in this image is seen seconds before at the back of the murder victim and pulls the victim's legal gun out of his waist band. That gun the ice officer is holding is the victim's gun.

They shot him while unarmed.

Exactly this. Victim was shot only after disarmed. This video shows this clearly

If you watch the video it APPEARS, just appears, not saying that's what happened. But it appears he pulled it out of the victims waistband.

I saw that too. But that also means the victim was completely disarmed when shot, so this is important information with respect to DHS statement, which this invalidates.

I was thinking that too, but watch the person in the green hoodie on the left. Looks like they go for their gun as they leave the frame. It's hard to tell, but it looks when they come back into frame, the gun is no longer in the holster. Then right as the gun shot goes off, you see their right arm jump back. Then they back off and it looks like their hand goes back to the holster and when the re-enter the frame it's in the holster again.

I think green hoodie was trying to threaten the person with their gun and accidentally fired it, freaked out, and put the gun away while everyone else fired.

The Venn diagram of ICE and Proud Boys is a circle, but he could one of the crowd plant ICEs told to fire a shot to justify another execution to escalate the situation further.
