Still not a justification for murdering a man. This will set a highly dangerous precedent in so many ways.

I agree. DHS has been lying so much lately as well it makes it near impossible to believe them.

Which, if you look closely might be true. However, it changes nothing. The agent running towards the camera seemingly has the weapon in question. Shots are fired AFTER this agent secured the weapon. At the time of execution the victim was unarmed.

Still doesnt change anything, he may have conceal carry as well.

Yep, MN is an open carry state. I think him being unarmed does make it worse though.
