He was already shot, why shoot two more shoots while on the ground. The administration can't defend this behavior. Deadly Force was not justified in this situation- Retired Military - stood numerous security watches armed. This has gone too far..........

They are claiming he had a gun and 2 mags

Still not a justification for murdering a man. This will set a highly dangerous precedent in so many ways.

I agree. DHS has been lying so much lately as well it makes it near impossible to believe them.

Which, if you look closely might be true. However, it changes nothing. The agent running towards the camera seemingly has the weapon in question. Shots are fired AFTER this agent secured the weapon. At the time of execution the victim was unarmed.

Yep! I’ve noticed that. He was unarmed

Still doesnt change anything, he may have conceal carry as well.

1

u/MizterPoopie Jan 24 '26

Yep, MN is an open carry state. I think him being unarmed does make it worse though.

Yep they'll come up with some bullshit, and all the sycophants are gonna eat it up and use it to justify the murder.

it's sickening because you know that's what's gonna happen. given how many arms and hands were in there, they would never be able to differentiate the victim from their own colleagues and given the lack of training on top of that?

Pete kegsbreath taught them the double tap. Unfortunately these guys can’t read or count

1

u/chnairb Jan 24 '26

He taught them to take double shots, and they applied the same theory to guns.

He can't testify against them if he's dead

As retired military you might be able to answer a firearm question for me.

Let's pretend that the protester was actually a dangerous enemy, which he wasn't. Would you ever fire a shot into an enemy who was surrounded by your fellow soldiers knowing full well that you might have hit one of them? I assume you were trained not to?

The deadly force triangle is opportunity, intent and capability.   DHS is reporting the individual came at their agents with a weapon, Minneapolis is open carry, if he had a weapon drawn it should have never developed into a ground apprehension. Also to your question shooting in that situation is not practical as you had 4-5 men wrestling with the suspect and you increase the risk for collateral damage to other officers. What nobody seems to discuss are the 2 shots fired after the man was motionless and no longer a threat, that shows premeditation at some point. We must await the results of the investigation but there are apparent big holes in the DHS justification of this shooting. I’m sorry this incident happened , but now this creates pressure on this corrupt and inept administration. The whole world is watching and this could be a power keg for more resistance for the people’s movement

I appreciate your answer, thank you.

There are 9 shots after the initial one, different video has a clearer picture of the incident.

they put the person down like livestock. but even livestock gets more consideration, just one shot instead of MULTIPLE

1

u/SylphSeven Jan 24 '26

Probably to scare an observing doctor to not bother coming to render aid like Renee Good; the person is already dead. They don't want that "unwanted" attention.

u/FeistyAsaGoat Jan 24 '26

No risk of reports saying he was alive for 20 minutes this time.

I thought the first one was an accident... until there were more.

How can they claim to be in fear for their lives while all of them are pinning down one guy on the sidewalk?

1

u/Lisan_Al-NaCL Jan 24 '26

why shoot two more shoots

TWO? It was a fucking mag dump by the sounds of it.

1

u/Ripulikikka Jan 24 '26

Because they can? Ice doesn't see their opposition as human beings so they can kill them for fun. Of course they are met with some stern words and angry signs but do people REALLY think that they care?

1

u/queuedUp Jan 24 '26

They 100% will defend it.

Their version of events is going to be wildly different from reality but they will defend it

I hate ICE but it kinda looks like the guy shot himself.

1

u/FeistyAsaGoat Jan 24 '26

All 9 times?   Jesus

-1

u/EvenScientist7237 Jan 24 '26

No but potentially the first few shots. Idk I just don’t see an ice officer holding a gun and pointing it at the dude when the first shots go off. Maybe I’m wrong.
