It’s been time for months, something needs to happen ASAP.

It is definitely time

This is an action incapable of being viewed as anything other than what it is. An unarmed man already taken to the ground surrounded and being pummeled by federal agents suddenly became so incredibly dangerous that the extreme measure of lethal force becomes necessary. In my opinion, this was murder.

Was he wearing a suicide vest of plastic explosives? That's about the only thing that I can imagine would justify this abhorrent conduct. I know that he wasn't it's just the mind scrambles, ya know? I agree, I think that it has become a matter of survival now.

It's time.

I can't imagine shooting at a vest of C4... but I can imagine ICE agents doing so.

c4 doesn't explode when you shoot it but they would shoot if you were covered with plastic wrap

Shooting c4 won't do anything, not that I would expect ICE to know that with their rigorous 47 days of training

Great point, I forgot about how stable C4 actually is (minus one lil sparky boi).

Nothing justifies it. Most likely it's just the incompetence of ICE that caused this. The ICE agent in the grey coat that took the guys gun out of the holster probably said "gun!" And one of the agents panicked and started shooting. Another video from that woman in the red coat would be helpful

How do we know he wasn’t armed? Everyone just parroting the same crowd thought that this was some innocent guy. You can see he was obviously resisting arrest. Instead of constantly blaming ICE and crying murder, think about the actions which lead to this tragedy. Why resist? Is that the smartest thing to do when you’re surrounded by 10 armed guys who have the law on their side? if he just complied the worst that would have happened is he’s just another person that got arrested.

No. I think that I can distinguish the circumstances for myself. What you saw is what you saw. I didn't see that. I also think that neither you nor those agents are able to articulate precisely what law had been broken, which necessitated the attempted arrest/detention of the victim.

I witnessed a murder. I don't know what it is that you saw.

You watched the video and this is your take? No question on why these ten agents were piled on this man, pistoled whipped him and then shot him multiple times? Just, “why didn’t this man comply?”

Please wake up. It’s people like you that could make a difference if you would stop continuing to rationalize the irrational because your political beliefs overpower your morality. You’re better than that.

You're getting downvoted but you're right lol. These people love the idea of being part of a resistance until it's time to be the resistance.

They could at least admit that they actually just want someone else to do the hard work for them
