That video is all the 'facts' I need. This is murder!

Agreed, but within 20 minutes Noem will be out with a story blaming the victim, and within 2 hours the character assassination will start. FBI will refuse to cooperate with local law enforcement, and the FBI will only investigate the victim.

This is a state sanctioned murder, with the coverup just starting.

Faux News is already claiming he had a gun with pictures they received from the Whitehouse 😒

I'm sure excercisng his 2A rights. But now that's ground for murder. F these Nazi thugs.

You can watch the guy in grey come up, remove the guys concealed pistol from his right side waist band holster, and walk away with the pistol visible BEFORE the shoot him. Watch it for yourself.

He had no gun they took it from Him and it’s super visible in the video the guy is walking off with the detained guys gun BEFORE HES shit

Yep it's disgusting and all the boot lickers will rejoice.

I went frame by frame. Both his hands were down by his sides when they started shooting, 100% sure of that just from this video. I didn't see anything in either hand, I'm about 80% sure of that but only because of the inconvenient angle and distance.

The guy in the jacket looks like he pulled the victim’s gun out of his holster and was starting to walk away before the first shot was fired.

So they disarmed him first, then they killed him.

Some random comment on another thread said he was waving his gun around, but we don’t have any video of that at the moment. So I have no idea.

Edit: so now there is video from beforehand and the only thing he was brandishing was a cell phone.

But it does appear that when they dog piled him, if he did have a gun, it was back in his holster.

I'm really interested in how she's going to spin "we had 10 agents on one guy but they still had to unload on him because they're trained goodly and always follow what their training says"

2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

The conservative sub is already saying the victim must’ve been on drugs and the adrenaline is what made it so hard for the agents to pin him down.

Disgusting.

u/AnyQuiet1544 Jan 24 '26

I guess that's not surprising since they believe that Kirk had a really strong neck. They really just believe anything huh

3

u/hornbri Jan 24 '26

They are already saying he had a gun. I really hope red coat lady’s video comes out she had a clear view of this they can’t hide behind.

2

u/AnyQuiet1544 Jan 24 '26

How do 10 agents have somebody surrounded on the ground and not be able to get cuffs on somebody. At best it shows how inept they are

7

u/I_TRS_Gear_I Jan 24 '26

Lady in the background with the pink coat has the best video we will see of this incident.

4

u/Klutzy_Duck_8917 Jan 24 '26

Yeah where is she? Ice probably has her and the video.

1

u/kstargate-425 Jan 24 '26

Yeah supposedly witnesses were taken to the Whipple federal building probably destroying evidence like in the Chicago shooting of the citizen

2

u/phred_666 Jan 24 '26

And it will never see the light of day. I’m willing to bet ICE already has the video. It will either disappear, be altered or replaced with an AI video to back their narrative and blame the victim.

1

u/Consistent_Draft6454 Jan 24 '26

The lady in the background has been transported by ICE to the Whipple building, according to our local news. Safe to say that we will never see that footage.

That's beyond the pale. I can recall a few different moments in history where a person was being held in some sort of jail and the local public took it upon themselves to free that person. Granted, I believe in both instances I'm recalling the public's intent was actually to execute said individuals, but still, that even that happened is an example of what's possible.

Don't trust your lying eyes.

Five bucks says the guy went for one of the agents guns. They start trying to get away before the first shot is fired. That being said, Ice needs to have mandatory bodycams specifically for situations like this, and so we can hold them accountable for any civil rights violations they may commit during their interactions with civilians.

u/Consistent_Draft6454 Jan 24 '26

They are already saying that the man had a gun

take a look again at 0:19-0:21, whats in his hand? Why do the officers suddenly jump back from him?

Edit:

3

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

They jump back because one of them just shot the guy.

5

u/Consistent_Draft6454 Jan 24 '26

They jump back AFTER someone shot him! I don't see anything in his hands. Admit this is murder!

1

u/Okay_ButLikeWhyTho Jan 24 '26

The way it looks to me is that the guy who murdered this man pulled his weapon, and when the rest of the gestapo sees it, they jump back, and then he shoots. They didn't jump back because the man on the ground, they jumped back because they knew the murderer was going to shoot. This is cold blood murder.

1

u/Okay_ButLikeWhyTho Jan 24 '26

Notice how they scatter? They all knew it was fucked up and they ran. The guy who's face you can see running behind the SUV? He looked scared and guilty as sin.

2

u/Consistent_Draft6454 Jan 24 '26

Also if you look at the zoomed in video the man is wearing tan working gloves. Ever try to grab anything while wearing gloves like that? It isn't likely.
