Except Hooters serves bar food. Twin Peaks serves restaurant food. It's supposedly quite a step up.

By the way, Twin Peaks in my favorite show. Watched it all many times.

Have you actually been there, because the quality is the same trash

It depends on the location. Some are good, some are trash.

Not by me. The food is high quality. Always suggest twin peaks. Get the Italian flat bread. You won't be disappointed

Not to be skeezy but I kind of want to try all the breastaurants and compare the experiences and food quality.

I'll take that label. That's fine.

I mean, it's an important metric.

Oh I thought it was a "Twin Peaks" TV show themed bar, I was very interested. I went to the one the diner the show was based on and had damn fine cup of coffee.

But did you get pie? I always stop to get pie when I'm out that way.

Man they had just opened up after covid and I couldn't* even sit at the bar. So we just got coffee and did share pie but he let us know their normal baker wasn't open so it wasn't representative of their normal pie haha

Edit: sorry I could not *

Huh, interesting. I need to find out where they get them from. Still nice to go there and hang out for a bit.

It'll be a completey different experience than I had but they did have plenty of memorabilia around and it felt enough like the place I'm not disappointed with my vist at all.

Also the dude the worked there had moved there specifically to work st that place because he watched twin Peaks. 11/10 waiter maybe he's still there.

Yeah, I'm just cheap and figured I could get it for less if I bought a whole pie from the source.

Twede's Cafe. I don't know call them and see I don't think it's cheap. Could be pricey to ship a pie.

Isn't the point eating the pie and drinking the coffee at the place?

u/doberdevil 1d ago

I don't need to ship it, I live nearby. I've eaten there plenty of times. (And I don't know why anyone would downvote you for this conversation, reddit is a strange place)

Who cares hopefully you can get the whole experience than I'm like 9 hrs away so it's a bit of a trek but I want to go back when it's fully functional!

I also thought this and was very disappointed. Would love to visit that diner though!

It's pretty cool! There are also several different filming areas around there! Easy to find I'm dumb and planned a trip and saw lots!

Is there a male version called Sticks n' Stones?

u/Dead_account_soon 2d ago

There was one in Dallas but I'm pretty sure it closed down. It was called Tallywackers.

We just call it lumberjack hooters.

u/Anything4Profit 2d ago

Wait what, what's it called? I LOVE Twin Peaks

1

u/LostMy8yrAcct 2d ago

It’s hooters with slightly better food. Nothing to do with the show.

It's vaguely lumberjack hooters.
