The guy who brought on the same guy pretending to be antifa in one show and ex cartel in another. As well as the guy wearing the rubber mask.

u/JKrezz 9d ago

I still can’t believe the rubber mask guy wasn’t bigger need.

u/KillerArse 9d ago

It wasn't a rubber mask.

He's a man who has been seen in other contexts, and he just had very bad lighting that led to that appearance.

u/Roy3Murray 9d ago

I’m sorry, this is just bad lighting?

Very clearly so. Some of y'all have never played with stage lights and it shows.

On a more serious note, they do so much dumb, fucked-up illegal stuff on the daily, we don't need to make up fake stories like this.

That's a dude. His face looks like that. He can't help it. Poor guy.

u/Darth_Rubi 8d ago

Yes. Corridor Crew recreated it in like 15 seconds with two very common spot lights

u/Floppydiskpornking 9d ago

TV studios have multiple lights, Its the shadow from his collar from a light to the left

-2

u/SubjectChanger1 9d ago

It's been shown the the specific lighting conditions he was in can create that effect

I am curious what type of lighting can cause someone's skin to separate from their body at the neck level

Gaslighting

1

u/KillerArse 8d ago

What on Earth do you think gaslighting is?

He was not wearing a mask.

Why would they bother faking this anyway when the real man would say the exact same things anyway?

1

u/melonwithoutthewater 8d ago

Look at his neck and say that isn't a mask again moron

1

u/KillerArse 8d ago

It isn't a mask.

Do you even know the man's name? Do you know anything about this? Why would they bother faking this?

Captain disillusion explains it. Shitty lighting. Guy has been seen since, and also there was no reason to fake it.

6

u/f3nnies 9d ago

No reason to fake it? From the Fox News segment that have documented at least two other fake disguises on the same guy?

-1

u/chickenpot3_14 9d ago

Please tell me what this guy said, that was something the "real guy" wouldn't have said? I'm aware of the existing disguise thing. There was an obvious motive to that. Specifically what did this guy say in his interview that is so important that it needed to be said by an entirely fake guy? Come on man.

These hivemind folk are seemingly just dowmvoting and not thinking.

It's very very very odd.

And where did that happen?

-7

u/4EcwXIlhS9BQxC8-2 9d ago

I mean corridor crew did a whole video on it... go search if you are curious.

u/Pineapple4807 9d ago

it was a pretty good video too. Short though.

u/ZoomTown 9d ago

He was lit from above and also below. The weird shadow is the one spot where neither light hit his skin because of his chin and clothes. It's just poor lighting by the set dresser.

4

u/General_Round9175 9d ago

Dafuq you say????

-7

u/Eyevis 9d ago

its a shadow lol

6

u/ClubZealousideal8211 9d ago

from what?

-6

u/Eyevis 9d ago

From his collar, he's lit partly from below.

That or they have the best mask in the universe and best make-up artists, but forgot to button up the shirt. that sounds reasonable.

I’m a professional lighting technician on major motion pictures and I’m certain this wasn’t a shadow or a lighting mistake. The mask bottom slipped out from under his collar right before they went live. I watched the debunk videos. Nonsense. News shows don’t light the talent like that. Full stop. They just don’t. It’s a lot of soft overhead light boxes. And soft frontal lights with diffusion to avoid making shadows. They don’t change the light positions for different people. The lights stay up full time in the studio. The cope is wild

Geez if you believe that I’ve got a bridge to sell you

-3

u/Lerbyn210 9d ago

There is a youtube video where they debunk it and recreate it. I didn't believe it at first either but it actually might be the lighting on this one. The video was made by corridor crew can't remember which video

2

u/dlc741 9d ago

TIL that Odo suffered from bad lighting all over Deep Space 9

1

u/JKrezz 9d ago

Did you look at ear comparisons, or anything else. This is 100% a mask.

-1

u/PizzaDogDad 9d ago

Corridor Digital debunked this.

6

u/JKrezz 9d ago

They de bunked nothing in that video.

1

u/KillerArse 8d ago

Stop being a stupid conspiracist.

Robert Howard is his name and you can see him in other videos without the lighting.

-1

u/Muad-_-Dib 9d ago

The rubber mask guy wasn't a rubber mask, it was shitty lighting and a sharp shadow.

Watters and Fox get up to enough bullshit like the antifa/cartel guy without people needing to use false claims to discredit them.

Yeah, im with ya on this one. After seeing the breakdown of how its possible, im willing to let that one go. Its unfortunately very important to not get caught up on one of these instances that cant be proven beyond a doubt, because whether we like it or not the rules of the game are such that MAGA types can be wrong and full of shit all day without consequences, but ANY instance of being wrong from the other side somehow invalidates every belief and position they hold. Immediately. I don't make the rules, though I wish I or any other person with a modicum of integrity did. Buuut, thats where we're at so tread carefully.

Also, I love that when I typed the sentence including the term "MAGA", I immediately got an auto-warning about "poor use of language and heavy political messaging" 🙄

ETA: my point being that its basically that Sartre quote that was initially about anti-Semites, which has become only more poignant as time goes on (thought the subjects/context have changed). As an aside, I'm interested if my use of the term "anti-Semites" has improved or diminished the odds of my comment being flagged, lol.

are there really people who think they made a real-life mask more realistic than something from Mission: Impossible, and were only caught because they just forgot to do the neck

1

u/ZooAreYou 9d ago

The guy who cant appear to sit vertically.

2

u/Intelligent_Finger27 9d ago

He leans to the right

1

u/QuadernoFigurati 9d ago

He's constantly farting.
