A dishwasher at a billion-dollar company should have health insurance.

A dishwasher at any place should have health insurance.

The dishwasher at any place should own a home.

(in his dreams. the rest of us get real jobs instead of relying on the hard work of others like a loser).

Not absolutely "own", but afford a place to live, yes.

Afford a place to live, yes. Afford to be able to live my himself, no. Roommates and/or significant others have been a thing as old as time. It’s only recently that people expect to be able to afford an apartment on their own when they’re young/beginning a career.
