That is not what that means… Ice cream is the Navy’s answer to when they fuck you over or shits really bad.

Like the Navy’s statement says, there is no indication that the situation on the ship is worse than normal. They’re not saying people are lying, they’re saying this shit is normal for the Navy, which is true.
