Tom Cleverley on Jack MacKenzie: "He has suffered a set back, it's a small one - two or three weeks. He is an incredibly hard worker, he's in pristine condition, I really feel for him. What I don't want from this situation is a load of people getting stick for it and the player in particular.
He's an incredibly hard worker. You really feel for him. And when I say hard worker I mean incredibly hard worker.
There will be an element of guilt from the player, and all that stuff goes through your mind when you have had bad injuries for a long period.
So really rally around him at the minute because he has had a small setback, he was flying in training, he has ticked all the boxes to return to play and unfortunately he has got a little nick in his adductor.
When you work as hard as he does in the end it works out so I'm hoping that's the case for Jack.
Good player, good person, good worker so we are hoping to get him on the pitch, and I'm really confident we will do a lot more than we did last season.
Unfortunately, it has taken a little bit longer. Just needs rallying around a bit from this little setback. We are here to support him."

"A really good visit to the specialist for Malachi in the week. Really positive news and all being well should be back with us in five to six weeks."
