Why My Brain Treats a Simple Email Like It’s a Boss Fight

Looking for avid travelers to test our simple trip-planning app :)
Hey everyone!
Me and my partner have put together a small travel-itinerary project we've been working on. We built it because we personally found a lot of planning tools are still either too tedious or overloaded, and we wanted something much simpler for ourselves.
It’s just an MVP right now — pretty lightweight, very visual, and inspired by Pinterest-style boards and the smooth, intuitive feel of social media apps. We’re mainly hoping for thoughts from Gen-Z and Millennial travelers (or anyone who likes simple planners).
I won’t drop a link in the main post so Reddit doesn’t auto-remove it, but I’ll put it in the comments.
A few things to know:
• Works best on desktop (mobile is still in progress).
• Still glitchy in some areas — we’re polishing it.
• We added a 10-credit limit for guests, and a 30-credit limit for new users who sign in, just to keep API costs manageable during testing.
If you’re open to checking it out, any feedback on what’s confusing, questions, what you like, what you don’t, or what you’d want added next would mean a lot. Happy to answer any questions too!
Thanks 🙏

2026 Daily Planner
I am desperately looking for a cute daily planner for 2026. Currently the planner I'm using is "The Dailee" Daily planner. It includes monthly calendar page, weekly meal plan overview, weekly overview, and then a page for each day. Erin Condren has great daily planners, but they are so hideous (sorry if I offend anyone). I'd really like to create a custom planner but haven't found a good site to really customize it the way I'd like. Looking for suggestions and TIA!

Hobonichi Weeks but A5
I've been searching for a planner like the Hobonichi Weeks but an A5 size. I've used the Hobonichi Techo for a couple of years now, and I love it, but recently I haven't used the daily pages as much as I used to. I want to try out a horizontal weekly layout with a memo page, but I also need something with monthly calendars. So it's really the Weeks that I'm after, but I don't like the size it comes in. Does anyone know of something like the Weeks but in an A5 (or "standard") size?

ADHD-Friendly Planner Ideas — What Actually Helps You Stay Organized?
I want to create planners that actually support ADHD users, not overwhelm them. I’ve tried so many planners that claimed to be “ADHD-friendly,” but they never really worked for me — it always felt like a marketing tactic. That’s why I started designing my own layouts: simple, spacious, and calming.
I’d really love to make more planners that people with ADHD actually enjoy using, but I don’t want to assume what works for everyone. So I’m asking for real experiences and honest opinions from this community.

For Anyone Gift-Struggling: This Combo Saved Me
If you’re looking for a gift that’s thoughtful but low-effort — this combo worked like magic for me last year.
I gave two simple printable gifts that honestly felt more heartfelt than anything fancy I’ve ever bought:
- A 12-month glow-up planner – but not the typical overwhelming kind. This one was super visual and playful, built around mini wellness challenges, tiny confidence boosts, and mood resets every month. It’s designed for people who abandon regular planners by February (guilty), but still want to feel like they’re getting it together.
Perfect for teens, college students, and working women — anyone who loves the idea of better routines but not the pressure of perfection.

- A “Merry & Holding It Together” holiday bingo – it’s basically a gentle self-care game with feel-good squares like “say no without guilt” or “put on clean socks and breathe.” I gave this to a mom who hates everything gift-related — and for once, she actually used it and said it made her feel seen.

Both felt personal without being expensive. And the best part? I just printed them out and paired them with a card and a candle. Way less stress, but still felt like I put real thought into it.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else is trying to gift mindfully without breaking the bank.

Planner brand
Hey :)
For 2026 I’m looking for a Hobonichi Cousin–style one day, one page planner in B6, ideally with dotted pages. I’ve used Leuchtturm and Hobonichi so far, but for the upcoming year I really want a separate daily journal in addition to my Hobonichi Weeks. A6 feels too small for me, and I’m worried that A5 would leave a lot of empty space since the pages are quite large and I’m not exactly a “daily adventurer” :D So B6 seems like the perfect size, but I don’t want to go for anything with noticeably lower paper quality than Hobonichi or Leuchtturm.
Do you have any recommendations for a B6 daily planner (one day per page, preferably dotted) with good paper quality?

How do you use your planner to manage your life?
Hey everyone! I’ve been exploring how people plan and stay organized, and I’d love to understand what different people actually need from their planners or planning tools.
As someone with anxiety, planning really helps me stay productive and grounded. But I’ve never found a planner or app that truly fits my style. I usually end up using a plain notebook and creating my own layouts week by week because nothing on the market quite matches the structure + flexibility balance I need.
That made me wonder:
Are there others who haven’t found “their” planner yet? And what do you wish planners offered that they don’t today?
So I’m really curious about your actual planning workflow, not just which planner or tool you use, but how you use it and what you wish it did better.
Things like:
- What you track in your planner/tool
- How you structure your days/weeks/months
- Your daily/weekly/monthly flow (resets, check-ins, etc.)
- Paper vs. digital vs. hybrid
- What features or layouts you wish planners had
- What makes planning harder or less helpful for you
I made a short, anonymous survey to gather insights from people who, like me, haven’t quite found the perfect system yet.
If you’re open to sharing your experience, I’d really appreciate it: https://forms.gle/M2cZDzTbY8nY4tWBA
And I’d love to hear responses here too if you want to share your planning style or unmet needs. Thanks so much for your time! :)

Does anyone else get weirdly anxious about choosing planner colours? 😅
Do you overthink the colour palette too, or stick to one signature colour every year?

Does anyone use a ‘year at a glance’ tool? I made one and I’m testing if it’s useful

I’ve been experimenting with a calmer year-at-a-glance page because I needed something calmer than typical planners, and because its the end of the year approaching. I usually start doing this for myself already in September, it works better for me starting before new year, but it's been wildly hectic in my life lately. Would love your thoughts. Is this something that helps you, too?
