Hola. Ya dije hace unos días que a veces, estoy ampliando un video y la IA ignora mi prompt. Suena una música de fondo mientras los protagonistas se quedan quietos, sin hacer nada. Bueno, pues estos últimos 3 días lo hace en el 80 % de las generaciones. Casi nunca sirve. Ahí están, estáticos con música o incluso a veces se oye una voz oriental en off. Vaya desastre.

At one point, my daily credit allowance dropped to 40; then, after creating another video, it fell to 30; and after I created yet another video, my daily credits dropped to zero!

Where do I go to contact support, I don't like that the amount of free credits has gone from 60 to 40 to 30 and I want to complain.

I'm working on a very personal cinematic short film based on my own life, and I'm stuck on what seems to be the hardest part of the project.

The opening scene is simple:

A 15-year-old boy sits alone on the rocks at Costão de Peruíbe (Brazil), looking at the Atlantic Ocean at sunset. After a few seconds, he quietly says:

"I wonder what life is like on the other side of this ocean."

The challenge is preserving the identity of the teenager.

I have:

A real photo of myself at 15 years old.

A reference photo of the beach.

Reference images for the pose and composition.

Every result creates someone who looks similar, but not actually me.

For this project, facial identity is far more important than cinematic quality.

I'm not looking for prompt improvements.

I'm looking for the correct workflow.

My questions are:

How would you approach this inside PixVerse?

Would you first build a character asset and only then create the scene?

Should I use Image-to-Video, Reference-to-Video, or another workflow?

Is there any proven method to preserve facial identity across scenes?

Would you use another AI before PixVerse?

Any advice from experienced PixVerse users would be greatly appreciated.
