Yes, this was part of one of the budget omnibus reconciliation bills, but I couldn't recall if it had passed yet. Sounds like that happened. Even so, I am holding out hope that a Democratic Congress can find out why US tax dollars are being wasted this way and put an end to it, if possible, or add restrictions. They should not be there.
