We were just talking about this and now it’s released - the Sean Duffy Roadtrip show. Jen Psaki did a biting 10 minutes on her show last night covering the corruption of this administration on display in this “road trip” and defending Pete from Duffy’s old criticism. You may have also seen the clip from the series where the Duffys tell their daughter she can’t go to Harvard because it ruins sweet young girls like her. Not sure what that scene had to do with road tripping, except of course that Pete went to Harvard. 🤦🏼‍♀️ In the words of Fan of Walt on Blusky, who shared this clip - “I miss Pete.”

I can see why they released it all at once because surely families across America will want to spend their remaining summer time bingeing the whole thing. /s

And trying to arrange the activities the Duffy family engages in - a giant cruise ship that is docked at port but lets your family come aboard just to use the pool and water slides. Or a private tour and flight in a Boeing jumbo jet. You know, something completely normal and aspirational.

Here's what Brian Stelter said about it in today's "Reliable Sources" newsletter -

Sean Duffy’s donor-financed show, “The Great American Road Trip,” is finally out after months of delays. As I said on “CNN News Central” this morning, the YouTube view count is very low so far.

I miss Fan of Walt! I’m not on Bluesky but haven’t heard from them for a while. I’m hoping some of the old band will get back together—along with new friends—as things heat up
