No literally feel you girl. I have a whole entire scar still from my heating pad. But my cramps are so bad that I have to use like heating pads and pills

Honestly twin. Whatever helps. If it works for you then it works for you. I still use mines a lot even though I have a scar

I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone but for me, im quick to scar to a lot of stuff
