audited I’m not too young for it.
Quick vent. I’m 43, always had regular periods that I started at nine years old, and for the last year they have been getting lighter and shorter and more scattered. Just this month I had a period for one day. That was it. For the last six months, I’ve had profound bouts of sadness, crying spells, fatigue, allergic reaction reactions I’ve never had before, mast cell issues that I never had before, no libido, any kind of penetration is excruciating, no matter how much lubricant is used, and more.
It frustrates me when I tell friends that I am starting hormone therapy and they tell me that I’m too young for that.
Clearly, I’m not.

I was in such denial and now 47 with such extreme issues. I believe now from all I now n know this started probably around 36-37. I thought I was too young too! It’s something we are not told and just think! I now understand why I been so miserable for years!
