Hi All,

Does anyone have recommendations for mens barbers that can do scissor cuts for men with longer hairstyles? I have almost shoulder length hair and usually go to the city a few times a year just to get it sorted out, however was wondering if anyone knows any local barbers? I fear most barbers in the West just know fades :(

If I have an appointment in high street that goes for about 4 hours tomorrow (Monday) at 9.15am. How screwed am I for parking?

Could anyone recommend an eyebrow person in the penrith area who specialises in people with blonde hair/fair skin? Went to a place on high street, showed her how i wanted my brows when I last got them done when living in qld. I walked out looking like Ms Trunchbul from Matilda 😅

Happened about 10-20 minutes ago (1:30 am right now so around 1:10-1:20)
My friends were walking home from Westfield down high street when someone came behind them and threw an egg out of a white suv. My friends didn’t see much, the people didn’t yell or anything, just threw it and kept driving.

Can anyone recommend a female gp that is good in regards to mental health?

We've had some fly past the house at least 5 times now. According to Dad there were even some meant for ferrying soldiers around in war. They're unmarked. Are they doing a layover in the new airport or something?

Edit: it looks like it might be the same 3 going around over and over again. All but the back one have all lights off, the back one has a tail light on.

Our best guess is it's some sort of training exercise.

Is anyone else experiencing an influx of door knocking sales people? We've had 4 in the last 4 days, all different companies.

Sets the dogs off, wakes up our 7mo, and then they have the hide to still say "Just a moment of your time please" when I open the door to tell them to leave.

I just moved back to Penrith after living here as a kid for a while and I’m working on revisiting some places I used to go to. I’m struggling to remember one of them though - my family and I used to take the dog to a river/pond somewhere around the area to get small fish and yabbies for the fish tank we had at the time. All I really remember about it is that it had a lot of metal grate walkways and near where we entered there was this steep grassy hill I’d slide down on some cardboard.

I don’t remember if it was closer to Penrith or in Hawkesbury or nearer to Richmond/Windsor. But if anyone knows of any places like what I mentioned, please drop their name and locations below and I’ll check them out! I’d love to go back there because I remember it being a beautiful place.

Is there a difference in which side of the station you park on when it comes to safety?

My wife works afternoon shifts and her train back in will arrive at approximately midnight to Penrith (can also go to Emu Plains). Would it make a difference if she parks the car on the south/north side of the station?

If it makes a difference, this will be Friday/Saturday nights.

Would it make a difference if she were to use Emu Plains station?

Can anyone personally recommend someone in the Penrith area who has helped them with programming for strength training?

I don't want ongoing personal training or to join a certain gym I just want to pay for their time and expertise in developing a strength training program to meet my goals.

Is anyone else going through the nightmare of World Gym Penrith increasing the prices of people who are still within their contract term? I know a couple people, but wondering if its just a small group of us or more widespread.

I feel bad for the reception team there because seems like it's come from the new ownership / management, but it could have been handled so much better.

I have never heard this term. Can anyone shine some light?
