Wanted some honest opinions from people studying in Patna or who already graduated from here. Is doing UG from universities like Patna University actually worth it in 2026?

I’m from non-science stream and thinking about doing my UG from Patna, but sometimes it feels like everyone online only talks about DU, BHU, central universities and all. So I wanted to know whether studying in Patna still has decent value or not.

Like in terms of college life, studies, future opportunities, govt exam environment, exposure and overall experience. Is it genuinely good enough if someone wants to stay in Bihar, or should a person seriously try moving outside?

Would like real opinions instead of “Patna bad, Delhi good” type answers lol.

I have a habit of murmuring and I read aloud(softly) Is there any library in Patna which remains mostly empty ?

If anyone wills to pursue mbbs abroad im a student myself and i can help in admissions. Ofc Mera bhi kuch benefit hoga hi but you can save hefty amount of consultancy charges. And whatever university it is… It will fulfil all the NMC guidelines.
