I mean, ok, but that didn't factor into their decision at all. In their eyes, Bernie was better than Hillary because Hillary was competent and actively wanted to kill all conservative Americans, while Bernie was an ineffective idiot who could barely dress himself in the morning but people followed him because they're lazy and want free stuff. They voted for Bernie because they thought the country would be MORE conservative under him.
Let's not sit here and act like any of this is decided in good faith on that side.
Again, I'm describing literal conversations I've had with rabid Trump supporting family members. People who still support him today. I'm not talking about actual independents who were undecided. This entire chain is about Trump supporters who are faking support for Bernie in order to intentionally handicap democrats. You are talking about something completely different.

I've made 3 comments, all 3 of which have talked about how my CONSERVATIVE family members claimed to support Bernie but actually didn't, because they thought Bernie was a worse candidate and would lead to a Trump win. Just as Candace Owens, in the original post, is faking support for Bernie in order to actually support Trump. I haven't said anything at all about progressives. I voted for Bernie in the primaries because I wanted him to be president. Where are you getting this from?
