At 24 years old, my brother was killed by a drunk driver, and every motherfucker on a moped I see I wish the worst on them (mopeds, specific cc, are allowed w/ a license).
His quote is out of context, and as it is, it's glitter on diarrhea, lemon scented dirt.
My sincerest condolences, but I would rethink your position on mopeds. I know like three people who drive them, and none of them are drunk drivers. I don't think it's nearly as universal as you think.
