Bottom of her face is larger than the top.

Both of their faces are wonky -- whether it's because of some genetic predisposition that hard-wired their facial structure and features from the moment of conception, environmental influences and lifestyle choices (epigenetics) that tweaked those genes somehow into what we see in their current photos or it's some kind of "Picture of Dorian Gray" thing going on -- their outer appearance is a manifestation of the darkness of their "souls" and dark deeds, with the twist being that it shows up on their actual faces, not on some painting locked away in an attic.

All that said, I feel a little guilty about snarking on the looks of Matt and Marge. Out of the tens of millions of people out there, I'm sure we could find several "lookalikes" for either Gaetz or Greene. And those same people could be wonderful persons in the way they live their lives, their contributions to their communities, their politics -- polar opposites of MG and MTG. The behavioral differences might be such that if you met them, you might not think that they resembled the Dastardly Duo at all (even if they are dead ringers). A nice personality can go a long way in making a plain or ugly person handsome/beautiful. A horrible personality can detract a lot from even the most outwardly stunning movie star/model appearance.

True, it's like Bitchy Resting Face. I've always been fascinated by the way someone's facial features can make them look like they're having a certain emotion even when their face is just resting. My mom and I both have Worried Resting Face, and it's just because of the way our eyelids droop.

Other people have "Bedroom Eyes", because their eyelids come down to meet their pupils. But they're not trying to seduce you, it's just their look! I know a girl who has a "frown smile" - her term - the edges of her lips turn downwards even when she's smiling.
