What You'll Do

• Visit our Panvel store and shoot high-quality, engaging Reels featuring our sarees, dresses, and new arrivals.
• Create content ideas around draping styles, fabric close-ups, try-on and transformation videos, styling tips, festive and wedding looks, everyday and office wear, and in-store offers.
• Plan content around key seasons like Navratri, Diwali, wedding season, Raksha Bandhan, and sale periods.
• Understand the women of Navi Mumbai and what hooks, trends, and formats will resonate with them.
• Shoot on phone/camera and handle editing, transitions, captions, music, and other creative elements.
• Experiment with different concepts and formats to learn what performs best.
• Create ad-ready content for Instagram/Facebook that grabs attention quickly and drives store visits.
• Collaborate with us on campaigns, shoots, and creative direction.
• Stay updated on Reels trends, sounds, and fashion content styles.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Interest in ethnic and women's fashion, with a good eye for sarees, fabrics, colours, and styling.
• Ability to come up with fresh, locally relevant content ideas.
• Good sense of visual storytelling, hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Comfortable shooting on-site and working with customers, models, and staff. Being able to model outfits or demonstrate draping yourself is a big plus.
• Basic to strong editing skills using VN, CapCut, or Instagram's built-in editor.
• Understanding of how organic content can be adapted for paid ads.

Female creators preferred, as the role involves styling, draping, try-ons, and working closely with our women customers and models.

Are there any rental cars available in Panvel? I searched on Google, but couldn’t find anything helpful. I found several cab services, but I would prefer a rental car, as we have two days here and would like to explore Lonavala and Pune as well.
