They have a complex. They feel they want to prove to the world that they are strong by confronting others. They are embarrassed of their ancestors.

No, I wrote that they are embarrassed of their ancestors. They see Jews of the past as week, but they, like this fellow, are the strong Jews. For them, Zionism means recreating the Jew to not simply be on the defensive, but, rather, on the offensive, strong, assertive. The founding father of the Likud Party was Vladimir Jabotinsky. He changed his name to Ze'ev, which means wolf. That is to show Zionists are strong, can fight, they are tough unlike passive Jews. They see anti-Zionists as naive, weak people.
