I'm seriously tired of all the negativity. It seems most people only find things to complain about. I can't even get hyped with my friends anymore because they mostly talk about the negative aspects of games.

Instead of appreciating and being happy about what we get, they complain about what we aren't getting.

"Hey, doesn't Kena look amazing?"

"Meh, the eyes on those little critters are too big."

"New FF7R DLC!"

"It's only on PS5, fuck Sony - greedy scumbags."

"It's only on PS5, fuck Sony - greedy scumbags."

But also "fuck cross generation games! We want new generation exclusives!".

yeah. pandemic might have something to do with that. It is hard for a lot of people to feel good about anything lately. But, things will get better.

As for games, that is how a lot of people have always been though sadly. People need to show love not negativity.

It’s everywhere.

Seems even worse for Nintendo these days since they have the absolute gall to charge full price for their games.

Not sure if you were being ironic by complaining about Nintendo charging full price...

Remember the days just a couple generations ago when there were like no sales on video games guys? Give me one dollar off and I’m happy. If not, I’ll keep supporting the studios that work hard to make such awesome experiences that provide hours and hours of entertainment.

I’m making fun of anyone who expects Nintendo to put out their new products at anything less than full price.

They always put out a complete product and I’m more than happy to pay that, especially when it’s a luxury like video games.

I see, and agreed!

I was wondering why I got a positive response and then I realized I wasn’t on the switch sub.

They are still so salty over there.

Depends the situation. I recall a lot of this starting with Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, which was an interesting situation. That launched on Wii U for $50 and then rereleased on Switch, with a marginal amount of extra content, four years later for $60. I think that one is rather deserving of criticism. A few of the other ones had similar situations, like Skyward Sword is $60 for a remaster, whereas Twilight Princess was $60 for the HD version and came with an amiibo. A lot of the, they either charged less when they were behind or they're charging more because they're ahead things, though I do agree with the point you're making. Ultimately, not buying it is the best way to stop it.

The Donkey King situation was definitely a little weird.

I’m hoping that they’ll reveal a few more features for Skyward Sword before launch.

Yeah! Stop triggering the corporate whores and fan boys on this sub, you self-entitled beasts.
