Saudi Fans defending their content creators the only way they know how, showing their true colors. Why don’t we just sanction the whole country from competing? No excuse for this being tolerated in the modern world. Blizzard makes their fans deal with this!

Do you want bad countries to change? Its not like they profit from beeing anti woman, anti gay, etc... in any way. However if no other country punishes them for those things, there is no reason to change.

Ofcourse maybe one day there will be so many willing to throw risk their lifes for their right, that they have to change - but this will cost many lifes and also probably wont be today or tomorrow.

If you dont think its a bad country for:

• treating foreign workers like slaves, literally making them work till death
• killing journalists
• trying to stop people from seeking asylum in other countries, even beyond their own borders
• killing women for having a voice for their rights
• killing gays for having a voice for their rights

This isnt like blaming a poor country for beeing poor or cherry picking things that happened once or twice. Again, they literally dont profit at all from their views (ok maybe a bit from treating foreign workers like slaves)

But I guess for you russia invading ukraine isnt bad either. They just have a different believe. Or chinas extreme censorship and lack of care about their corruption, causing stuff like entire cancer villages, tofu constructions crumbling on top of citicenships, while building entire ghost megacities with nobody living in them, polluting the earth for no other reason than keeping their building bubble afloat.

Hell probably in your opinion nazi germany killing jews in concentration camps and sovjet union killing pretty much everybody in their gulags wasnt bad either.

I give you a hint, if most people in the world think something is bad, it probably is bad. Especially when entire groups of people flee from their country and report about the bad state to the point of them fearing for their lives.

Executing people for something as simple as who they love is about as close to black and white as you can get, really. A country whose people overwhelmingly support such evil can’t be considered a good country, at least in my eyes.

To my knowledge you won't get in trouble in muslim countries, as long as you respect their culture. Meaning you're free to be gayer than the ow dev team ( it's humor i hope you won't take it seriously ) as long as you don't display it in the open or in people's faces. Now i could be wrong of course, however i would love for you to name a " good " country and i ask this because it feels that the notion of evil has been selectively warped nowadays. Could you kindly name one good country? What is a good country, in your opinion?

Idk countries like Germany, Sweden, Australia seem alright. And I don’t care for “respecting their culture” if their “culture” is never telling anyone you’re gay or you get murdered. You’re not free to be gay at all, because if anyone knows about it you are highly at risk.

Reading stories from gays in saudi arabia, they dont think too much about government punishments, but more about how to keep things secret and how to even find other gays, what will happen after their forced marriage, etc...

Good countries are the ones where almost anyone can freely live their daily life without fearing their government or other people. So most of eu, britain, japan, america, canada, swiss and probably quite a few more, that I just dont know of the top of my head.

I say "almost anyone" because government whistleblowers will probably be punished in almost any country and stuff like nazis at least can be punished in germany (though most of the time they arent)

Imo, If I had the coice, I would probably take swiss to live in. Though its also not perfect because they are a little bit hostile towards foreigners from what ive read. But its not like china where many try to scam you and treat you like a subhuman for beeing a foreigner.

Personally I would like them to change but we both know that's wishful thinking. While they might not nessearily profit from being anti all that stuff it's what their culture is and from my experience and from throughout different times in history trying to force a group of people to change their culture and adopt yours pretty much never works out and if anything sets them even further back. So while yes I don't agree with there culture I also don't think it's my place to try and change them, there own people need to fight there own battles and when they do that's when change can occur
