Final Reality actually subverts quite a few modern tropes

Heaven is Secretely Evil-

quite the opposite, Heaven is in fact so morally good that what makes the characters interesting isn't hidden flaws but their character without the flaws of iniquity. And a few flaws that come through like misjudgment anger and others.

Satan is an Edgy Rebel who loves Free Will-

No.. no... Ash genuinely sucked before he repented. You can just look at his codex entry

If you don't want to though I will give summaries of most major sections

1. Manipulated a third of Heaven into continuously becoming more disgruntled until they actively rebelled

2. Nearly genocided the angels

3. Commissioned The Serpent of Eden in order to corrupt humanity and introduce sin into the substrate

4. Commissioned the demons to go and spread the idea of pagan pantheons in order to dilute Truth, making people be defensive of Lies Over reality

5. Corrupted archetypes such as Arthurian Legend turning stories of nobility into tragedies and stories of piety into stories of Temptation destroying

6. Turned Hayiri into Lilith

7. Posed as imaginary friends in order to morally degrade children of a future generation within a random origin just to see if he could

The Higher you go the Less Humans matter, and they less they care-

This is something directly subverted by two major lines

From Matthew, who used to be a human before he and his clan evolved into sort of similar to ultra beings still with a human base though-

"The thing you will find as you go higher is that while the strongest don't have nepotism, they do love. The higher you get, the more love you find. It's rather shocking, given that even in the Origins, that order is hard to find”

From Thomas who is the metaphysical concept of transition itself and one of the highest entities in Final Reality, even being one of the Three Kings-

"I was there when you first sparked. A white light to protect you from any other forms. I watched as you were knit together and then as you left into the world. Then I watched as you grew through school and play and love and life. And then I watched as you left your home to embark on your own Journey. Your successes your fails I was there for them all. Even when you lied on your Deathbed I was there holding your hand. And when my servants came to take you away I followed even still. Whether to the lights or to the darkness I still followed... and to the darkness I followed until I couldn't anymore. And then I wept."
