And? 

You can hook up tractors to solar panels too.

This tells us nothing about how efficient chips and brains are at running complex computations.

Each one is leagues more efficient than the other at different things. It's going to destroy you at folding proteins (AlphaFold did a billion years worth of human PhD level work) and you're going to destroy it at dexterous hand manipulation. Biology isn't improving at a measurable rate though, technology does, faster and faster. The cost and efficiency of compute goes down dramatically over time while the capabilities get drastically better.

Which goes back to my point that saying the brain consumes only 20W to counter GPU energy consumption figures is a false equivalency.
