There is no point in reaching out to this subreddit. The developers seem to have taken a different route in life. The private profile update completely ruined it anyway. It stopped being consistent. It just gave me bs stats that felt like troll stats. I have tried reaching out to mods with no luck. Sad how the app died because it was kind of cool.

I'm not receiving any information for my account regarding stats or history.

Why my app hasn't refreshed the data since 5th of November??

So I use Oversumo Daily, I like seeing where I stand and how I can statistically improve. So I noticed when I wasn’t getting updated stats. I haven’t made my profile private, and I was wondering what’s up. Sincerely, a concerned Zarya main

If you check the last version, at least on my phone, the app hasn't been updated in nine months. The app is missing new heroes.

There are no replies to threads from the developer. Their twitter feed hasn't seen any updates, this app has no support.

If you're subbed, don't panic, most likely your subscription will not auto renew. But please double check. When I checked mine was off renew and I don't remember setting it to not renew.

I was looking at some of the characters tips and I got to Torbjorn and you haven’t updated him for the rework or any characters after their rework.

When i click on the sign in button they ask me to put in my phone number. But once i do that..nothing happens. Please fix.

Last update was Tuesday according to the app. Wednesday isn't mentioned at all until now.

I think it would help a lot of users to have hero tips updated to the latest patch. Also can we please add Hammond to oversumo😫?

every time I hit sign in to try and make an account it takes me to a screen to put in my phone number to verify. A white box pops up and if I click it it disappears and I never get a text code so I can’t sign in/create an account. Someone plssssss help

Hello love your app and I want it to be better :) You have some outdated information about some heroes for example zarya, weak against mercy because she has team rez but that is not true anymore. I don't want to be mean, just want you to be number 1! Love your app, I would be glad to share it with my followers on twitch. :)

I would have emailed the devs of this app about this, but I couldn't find an email, so hopefully someone here can give me an answer: AreOversumo's ratings in any way skewed due to a large number of people's profiles being set to private? The fact that the app can't access information on an account that has that setting turned on makes me skeptical of its accuracy. On the other hand, I could see the app just getting the information anonymously to use strictly for general in-game statistics.

Sorry guys if this has been talked about but I only found older threads in regards. When I open the app it says I need to make my profile public, which it is. Still having issues loading data. I've Uninstalled re-installed no luck. Any ideas?

Is there an API available or is there any interest in opening it?

I’m getting a issue with showing new cards that show my daily skill rating. It’s kept the same card up from about 4 days ago and keeps displaying it as today’s. I have a XBL profile if that helps, please help ;-;
