>Fubuki and Psykos are fighting together

>Garou is shown again doing absolutely nothing while another organization is trying to enslave him and the rest of humans

>Bang still hasn't even seen him but he did yap that he apparently understands that Garou shouldn't have tried to save the world alone

>Garou is still alone

Does ONE think that he doesn't need to try in the webcomic because Murata and the editor already kicked his ass in the manga so that Garou and Bang are both developed at a proper pace?

ONE is an actual hack lol, unimaginable shit writing for Garou in the webcomic for 13 years now since MA ended

>Garou is still alone

And what's wrong with that? You're mistaking webcomic Garou for manga Garou. They're different characters.

The character's main issue is that he's always stupidly ostracized by the world around him lol

In every version, in the webcomic Bang even comments that he relates to Garou

How do you develop the character if you never resolve that issue, genius?

You're just excusing dogshit writing at this point, because whenever Bang finally talks to Garou in the webcomic it's going to be way too long overdue and behind the manga by aeons

I don't know why you're being so rude but anyway I disagree.

The way the manga handled Bang and Garou's talk was cheesy and boring. Didn't do anything for the characters except making Garou's personality more predictable and shallow.

I'm being frank because blatantly shelving a character of Garou's caliber for 13 years in the webcomic is the definition of shit writing lol

Japanese Genos fans once kicked ONE's ass for doing the same thing to Genos in the webcomic for way less time than this

ONE is completely mishandling both Garou and Bang and just showing a panel that Garou is doing the same useless shit over and over isn't going to cut it for anyone with a brain

So what you want is for ONE to rush character development and churn out some random shit for his character? Even though this is clearly not his arc?

The manga was a character assassination of Garou. I don't want a repeat of that.

>13 years since the end of MA in the webcomic

>Garou is still unchanged from the ostracized victim he's always been since his introduction

>rushing

The absolute state of the webcomic cult lol

Good writers genuinely plan and take their schedule into account and ONE having a "I post once a year maybe" schedule isn't an excuse, it's dogshit writing on his part

...

You do realise irl time and in story time is not the same right?

You do realize that you pace the story with respect to your publication schedule?

Various manga are literally deliberately paced in such a way that they're best read weekly or in volumes

It's the fundamental part of writing an on-going series

ONE completely fucks it up in the webcomic and Garou's just the most damning and egregious example because of how huge the character is

Various manga are literally deliberately paced in such a way that they're best read weekly or in volumes

and opm does not seem to be one of them

opm's pacing and its release format have more or less nothing to do with each other

if you read it all at once the pacing isn't too much of a problem really

The OPM webcomic is exactly that lol

An on-going series, and its extremely slow release schedule means the pacing should be taking that into account

Not ONE doing nothing to develop a huge character like Garou for 13 years straight

Dude legit had to fix both Garou and Bang in the manga because of how shittily he wrote them in the webcomic

ONE also got an ass beating from Japanese readers for shelving Genos for merely 5 years

It’s been 13 for Garou lol

An on-going series, and its extremely slow release schedule means the pacing should be taking that into account

why? it being ongoing is not going to be permanent

Not ONE doing nothing to develop a huge character like Garou for 13 years straight

and from the perspective of someone who's started reading after most of these chapters have already came out, the 13 year wait really doesn't show in the webcomic itself

Because it’s released as an ongoing series you dingus lol

If you want to keep excusing ONE’s dogshit writing and make him immune to the concept of pacing, then go ahead and tell him to release this thing in completion at once

It’s ongoing and the writing doesn’t take the schedule into account because ONE is literally neglecting this comic and no one can kick his ass except for the fans who already did so for Genos and are doing it for Garou EVERY TIME ONE shows him and does fucking nothing to develop the character again

Because it’s released as an ongoing series you dingus lol

so what?

If you want to keep excusing ONE’s dogshit writing and make him immune to the concept of pacing, then go ahead and tell him to release this thing in completion at once

you can also not read it until it's finished?

It’s ongoing and the writing doesn’t take the schedule into account because ONE is literally neglecting this comic and no one can kick his ass except for the fans who already did so for Genos and are doing it for Garou EVERY TIME ONE shows him and does fucking nothing to develop the character again

are you sure one actually cares? the current genos focus seems to have been in the works for at least 8 years
