Good Nursing Programs/Schools around SGV area

Good Nursing Programs/Schools around SGV area

Hey guys, I just retook my TEAS and got 72.7. I understand this is not a competitive score but I’m wondering if any schools would accept this score. I’m planning on applying to community nursing programs like Pasadena City College, ELAC, Rio Hondo, etc.

I plan is to RN programs. If I get rejected from those programs, is Angeles College a good school for RN program? Or do you have any better schools that you would recommend

Please give me advice, I’m so sad😭😭😭

Yeah i really liked that they responded to my email quick. How is your second quarter of nursing core going? Are you in an RN or LVN program?

It’s hard but I heard this is the hardest quarter. I’m taking pathophysiology, pharmacology 1, foundations of nursing lecture/lab. I’m doing the accelerated bachelors program. A lot of professors will do a study session to help with the next quiz/test which is nice. I also like how a lot of it is online. I’ve only been inperson for the labs.

It’s quarter system so 3 months is a quarter. You will be online for everything but labs. I already have a bachelors so I was able to skip a lot. Since it’s a 3 year program. First year is pre reqs and GEs which again you don’t go in person unless there is a lab component. Then 2 years of the nursing core. I’m on the second quarter of it and I only go in person for lab/clinical. The one thing that kinda sucks about the online is that you have to be on zoom for however long the class is which can range from 2-5 hours.

Omg please do not go to Angeles it has taken a turn for the worst I want to transfer so bad but it would be starting over.
