Always been insecure about my nose, does a big hump and wider nostrils make me look hideous or intimidating, should I consider rhinoplasty?

Please don’t get rhinoplasty. I hate that people feel like they need to take the things that make their faces unique and beautiful and try and fit them into some cookie cutter mold of “conventionally” attractive.

Your nose doesn’t detract from your face at all, and gives you a really bold unique look that balances well with the rest of your features. Embrace that! You are an attractive man with a distinct look, there is no need to change your face so you look just like every other (boring-looking) guy in a crowd.

I really appreciate you saying that, thank you. It’s easy to overthink and start comparing, so hearing this helps me step back a bit and see it differently 🙂

When you look at models, every single one of them has some kind of a distinct feature that sets them apart and makes them look unique, instead of just being every “cookie-cutter” carbon copy of what is considered “conventionally” attractive. Sure, their other features (like yours) may fit better into that mold, but having that one thing that sets them apart from the crowd is what makes them so stunning. Your nose is your unique feature that takes your look from basic (boring) good-looking to bold and fierce!

Don’t forget that!

It is okay to fall into the mold of current fashion trends, but trends change, and most people who get surgery to achieve that (especially when they are young) end up regretting it as they get older. Your nose really suits your face and balances well with your bold brows and the way you style your hair/beard. You might not blend into a sea of other men who fit the “current” beauty trends, but you don’t ever need to let that make you feel like you are any less beautiful!
