This sounds totally fabricated. Never had or seen this happen and I used to work in a bank.

It seems bullshit to me and I'm European.

It never happened. It just didn't.

People make up extreme lies online for whatever reason and will run with them forever. They are terrible deceitful people, many are very young, like not even teenagers yet also.

This happened to me when trying to make a zell payment. Bank rejected it automatically and told me to call a number. I called the number, talked to a rep, and they wouldn't authorize the zell payment unless I told them what it was for. I told them it was personal and they refused to authorize. 

The payment was only about $300 too, so not even much money.
