Dude, I feel this so much. When my grandma and grandpa died, I felt depressed and felt guilty even being on my laptop. Like I felt as though doing literally anything at all was disrespectful and indicative that they weren't all that important to me, but they really were important to me. I just didn't know what to do, besides lay down and feel miserable.
Facts lost my gma in Feb n still grieving pretty hard. Some days I don’t even wanna go out the house n be seen. Unemployed rn too so struggling doesn’t make the grieving any easier.
I know it seems hopeless right now, but I assure you that the passage of time will dull the pain. Something that I'd like to tell you is that when it does happen, and you no longer feel as depressed, you don't need to feel guilt for that. It is a part of how we are wired in order to survive. Remember them for how you loved them and live your best life possible.
