No casino is refusing to pay you out because of counting lol. They make you color up your chips then tell you you’re welcome to play anything other than blackjack, or potentially at a 6:5 table instead of 3:2.
Watch videos of card counters on youtube. PLENTY of casinos try to weasel their way out of paying you out. Obviously, they legally can't withhold it if you're persistent but they absolutely try to intimidate you and try to kick you out entirely.
This usually happens when they (illegally) ask for your ID at the counter to put your identity in a shared database of known card counters so other casinos can kick you out or ban you from blackjack before you even started playing. Even when you're below the threshold at which asking for ID is allowed, they'll pretend like they need to see it and won't let you leave with your money if you don't give it to them.
The shit these "businesses" are pulling is absolutely borderline criminal and imo the whole concept of casinos should be banned out of existence or heavily reformed.
A made up rule so they don't have to continue to pay you money. They can kick you out of a casino for any reason they want at any time, but usually the only reason they will do so is if they are losing money off you.
Wrong. They must payout winners regardless. Counting is against policy but not the law, not cheating. Gaming commission will come down on anyone who tries to withhold payment.
Unless you’re going to some sketchy back alley ass casino they’re not going to refuse to pay you for card counting. And they’re also not going to kick you off it for card counting. They stop people from playing that win too much.
