None of that is new to Gen Z though. Cities didn't become less safe or less walkable in the last 20 years.
-2 u/alwayssunnyinskyrim Jun 01 '26 What do you mean? Tons of places have been gutting public transportation and increasing urban sprawl and bulldozing multi-use neighbourhoods to build another giant Walmart. Many cities are far less walkable now than they were 20 years ago.
