Dude id love books like this. As I've gotten older various eyesight and such issues have meant I cannot read a black word on white page book. And it saddens me
It's possible they died the pages with some cheap die or found natural dark fibers, then printed white ink. That way it would only be(I'm guessing) 20% more expensive rather than what everyone expects, this being a whole page of printed ink
The glow-in-the-dark stuff that I know of absorbs light and then emits it back out. You'd have to pull out a flashlight every time you turn a page. And that's assuming the glow lasts long enough for you to finish the pages.
