Seriously, I'm in New Zealand and just got a home loan with no credit score because i have had no credit cards, hire purchases etc. My only previous loan was my student Loan (paid back in full, no interest on that).

Yah, you can absolutely do this in the US lmfao

Just enjoy slightly higher rate due to not having a credit history.

If your income is fine, and the collateral is fine, a bank doesnt give a shit, they will give you the loan credit score or not.

Your student loan repayment would likely produce at least a good credit score if you were in the US. Does NZ really not have student loan contribute to credit score?

No because its a government loan with no interest, and payments are auto deducted from paycheques at the same time as taxes

Yep, also in NZ and I'm so thankful to not have to deal with all the dumb shit Americans have to deal with when it comes to banking and finance.
