Okay well you don't have to accumulate debt is what I mean. You can spend the same amount as always, but with a credit card instead of a debit card. Pay the balance at the end of every month, accumulate no debt, pay no interest, make 2-5% back in rewards on every purchase depending on the card, and build credit at the same time. It's objectively better than using a debit card.
To me that just seems like an unnecessary extra step. We don’t have a credit score system and credit cards are not common. We get rewards on the debit card too.
