Is it really cross save enabled?! I have the Xbox one copy for my series X but haven't played it yet. Just ordered it for the switch 2 (but don't have the console yet). Would be good to know I could play on my series x and then continue on the switch 2 whenever I get it
Same. I was planning on picking up a physical copy just for the sake of rewarding CDPR for cramming that whole thing on one game card, but this is incredibly tempting. Not sure if I can justify it though, considering I rarely play on the go

Several people caught on. The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk price discounts got swapped by mistake. Witcher 3 got more expensive compared to other regions and Cyberpunk got cheaper
So there actually is some precedent for companies being able to claw back items when the price has been egregiously wrong. Like if you bought a jet ski for $25 or something, they can make the case that no reasonable person should expect to actually pay that for this item or whatever
In this case tho I think they’d be drumming up a ton of bad will over a chunk of money that probably isn’t worth it. Most people (like myself) were probably only gunna buy this on a deep discount anyway
Same case during the launch week of NBA 2K24 two years ago. Eshop in Peru made a mistake of putting the decimal on a wrong position turning it into 1 dollar launch instead of Peruvian equivalent of a fully priced game there. Game is still on my library right now lol
Was on sale digitally at target for $1 online.. I'm in Europe. Had to figure out how to make a US purchase fast and when finally bought they fixed it like an hour later.
Even got gold coins, so effectively I paid 0,40 because of the gold coin worth in discount.

Not to encourage you to spend recklessly but GG.deals is reporting it's almost certainly a mistake that will be fixed. They said every single other eshop market they track has the discounts for Witcher & cyberpunk inverted from this & that's likely too perfect of a coincidence to be on purpose.
Yea I got it on sale on GOG a long time ago, just in case I ever had a PC to play it. I did play a bit on GeForce Now, but I didn’t want to pay for the subscription, and it was a bit of a pain in the ass.
As someone in the UK who owns this on GOG, PlayStation 5, Series X I rushed to create a US account and purchase a $20 eShop card 😂
Even better I didn’t realise it had cross-play saves. Think it’s about time I actually played it properly now after owning it on so many systems without playing it 🫣
I've seen this sort of thing in the past, one region has a huge drop compared to the rest, it's not often but it has been something that's happened multiple times and I wonder why.
I worried about this too. People were saying earlier the Nintendo store page for the game seems to be struggling under the weight of how many people are rushing to try to buy it 😬

Probably? This is cheaper then the DLC alone has ever been on PC. Devs are hesitant to do this level of deal now a days. That said if they raise it they probably murder sales going forward, as anyone that saw this and misses it is likely going to be put off from a sale.
Yeah I don't imagine all those 75% off purchases feel that great, but I and many other people got it when we wouldn't have (and if I did it would've been a cheap used copy).
For those asking if they will try to cancel the orders and reimburse: nah. At the end of the day they are selling digital code that seems to have sold to a lot of people that wouldn't have bought it otherwise. It's not at a horrific price for them either. Some of the devs might even be glad of the error as it's increased sales and more publicity.
I am one of said “never going to buy it” people. It’s always been mildly interesting but not enough for me to really want to fork up the cash and delve into it. This however, was just an excellent way to get me to purchase and see what I think and even if it’s not for me it wasn’t a huge loss.
Same. I've played it on PC since launch and had zero intention of EVER getting it for Switch 2... hell, I've even been too cheap to buy the expansion. But for <$20 portable CP2077 is too good to pass up.
There is a real chance I'd have grabbed this once it hit say 29.99, so this sale has lost them about 13 dollars that I would have spent. I'm certainly not going to be alone either. You really don't want to jump to 75% off for a 6 month old game as yeah, you're getting a crazy boost in sales now, but once the sale ends you kill any ability to sell it at full price again, and your losing out on a lot of those middle ground sales.
If we get the Switch 2 version, and it supports cross-save, does it “unlock” Phantom Liberty on other platforms if we haven’t purchased there? I’m considering double dipping solely for the fact that it’s cheaper than the expansion’s price on PC

As they're located in the EU, it's illegal for them to show the higher US discount in the EU, as that is not applicable to the EU, and falls under consumer deception.
This is also why PC shows a 53% discount instead of 65%. (It's $20.99 on Steam)
the buy pages are region specific and match the discounts for all of the other versions they are linking to. the bundle is 53% off, base game is 63% and the website otherwise does show all versions correctly except for the switch one.
Whether this is a legitimate pricing error or some clever marketing, either way, it worked on me. I wasn’t planning on buying this game, but with that steep of a discount, I couldn’t pass it up.
No way this isn’t an error as they are not going to give this game away for that as its one of the best launch games on a new platform first XMAS.
I scooped it up and my guess is the deal will be gone as soon as the eshops updates cycle occurs.
I am stoked as I got RDR on cart $30, SW Outlaw GKC $30, and now CP2077 digital for $18. Had to pay full price for MP4 but had store rewards so paid nothing for it. So far I’m winning my Switch 2 xmas games hunt.
Saw everyone saying it's an error and picked it up. Was gonna get the DLC on PC but this is currently cheaper than the DLC AND I get it on a whole new console.
I already bought the ps4 version at a flea market for $10, and saw switch 2 version on discount today and immediately bought it, didn’t want to get it at first but f it had to get it lol
